1st, Characteristic:

 Compared with other traditional process, the degasification membrane has following superiority:

   Small area (The effective contact area is 10 times as that of degassing tower)

   Lower operation cost

   High accuracy of control of the amount of dissolved gas.

   Modular installation, which can be easily extended to handle with more flow, or control the air flux more precisely.

   Low pressure loss, no need to install pressure pumps, cost-effective

2nd, Common application:

   Removing dissolved oxygen in solution (< (less than) 1 ppb)

   Removing the carbon dioxide in solution (< (less than) 1 ppm)

   Removing the nitrogen in solution

   Controlling gas humidity

   Removing micro bubbles in the liquid (ex: Photoresist, color ink, emulsion)

   Adding hydrogen to the solution in order to control the amount of dissolved hydrogen

   Adding nitrogen to the solution in order to control the amount of dissolved nitrogen

   Adding the carbon dioxide to the solution.

3rd, Application domain

    Integrated circuit, photo-electric, packaging, power station, food, beer drinking, photograph and medicine field, etc. Such as removing Carbon dioxide (CO2) between anticathode bed and cathode bed, or between two RO systems (Instead of carbon remover). Remove dissolved oxygen after RO or demineralized water (Instead of deaerator).
